Pavilion & Day-Use Facility Policies

All Day-Use Facility fees are paid in advance. The following policies cover rentable facilities at all Mississippi State Parks:

• Occupancy and parking is limited by the stated capacity for each facility
• Children may not be left unattended
• Visiting guests are subject to park entrance fees

Reservation holders are responsible for all actions of their guests. Fees may be assessed for clean-up, loss replacement or damage repair to facilities or park areas by guests.

Reservation Policies

Reservations are available for arrivals up to 13 months in advance. Some dates and facilities may have minimum stay requirements. Advance reservations incur a non-refundable $8.00 reservation fee. 

No Show Rule: Reservations are held until 11:00 am the morning after the reserved arrival date, otherwise the site may be released for use by other campers. Important: For late arrivals, you must contact the park to hold your site, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled as a No Show, forfeiting all fees.

RV Campsite and Lodging reservations include fishing, boat launch and facilities use (where available) and are limited to the registered number of guests per site/unit. Visitors of Guests must pay for park entry and activities.

Cancellation & Change Policies

• Reservations may be cancelled up to and including 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund – minus the $8.00 reservation fee. 
• Cancellations within 6 days, and before 3 days, prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the total reservation, plus the $8.00 reservation fee. 
• No shows and cancellations within 3 days of arrival forfeit all fees.
• Changes to existing reservations incur additional fees.
